The Villa is perched on a cliff facing the ocean in a 2.5 acre beautiful land dotted with shady tropical trees grown in many leveled terrain. In between the trees your attention is drawn to the panoramic view of the ocean which is only a three minutes away. There are three luxury Villas built in different elevations. Kitul Villa is situated on lower ground facing two rock boulders and a private swimming pool. Hilltop Villa and The Bungalow face the ocean and have their own swimming pool.

All Villas have spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped modern kitchens, cable TV, WiFi, air-conditioned bed rooms and complete attached bathrooms. There are total 11 rooms with King size beds.

You can admire the sun rise above the remote hills in the central part of the island. This 4 bedroom villa is located on a slope in two levels with both sea and garden views. Two bedrooms in the upper level have separate entrance and a large living-dining area while the other two bedrooms in the ground level have direct access to the swimming pool and sandy play ground. All rooms are equipped with en-suite baths with hot and cold water. A comfortable living and dining area with satellite TV and free WiFi and a well equipped private kitchen will serve all your needs. The large private pool affords complete privacy when you are in a mood to have a dip and chill out.

This villa is referred to as Hill top as it is the most elevated villa of the three. It is designed with five bedrooms for ten guests. It has en-suite baths in each room with hot and cold water. The masterbedroom has a private plunge pool/tub. Spacious and grandly decorated living and a dining area is at your disposal together with a well equipped private kitchen. There is a spacious veranda on the ground floor providing you with a breath-taking view of the splendor of the ocean and the well kept beautiful garden. Large private balconies on the 1st floor provide you plenty of space for sunbathing or yoga practice.

The Bungalow is a two storey villa with spacious living dining area with panoramic windows in the ground floor and two elegantly designed bedrooms with open terrace in the first floor. This Villa is at a slightly lower level than Hilltop Villa and Pavilion and shares a common swimming pool.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The comfortable beds, tapestry and the beautiful interior are exclusive. Modern kitchen facilities, satellite TV and WiFi are available.

The open Pavilion is situated between Hilltop and Bungalow near the infinity pool giving you the perfect ocean view. This place is naturally meant for practicing yoga and meditation or just having a nice cup of real Sri Lankan tea…

Take a three minute walk down the road and it will bring you to the nearest beach. The golden sand, the blue waters and the palm trees in this secluded beach is sure to inspire romance. Five minute drive by tuk-tuk will bring you to the surfing centers of Weligama bay. Another picturesque beach Mirissa is about 7 km down south. Famous Unawatuna beach with its natural pool is 20km up north on the way to Galle.

The Dutch Fort in the historical city of Galle which is a world heritage named by UNESCO is a must for any visitor to Sri Lanka. Walking along the ramparts you can see many historic sites and view the area surrounding.

An adventures boat safari could be arranged to take you to the fascinating Island Madol Duwa.

Dolphin watching, snorkelling, diving, surfing, Turtle watching and a host of other activities are also available at your request.
